By availing this services customers can offload their post-sale technical troubleshooting or problem solving requirements to Hessonite. Hessonite in turn will assign its technical team and further work with the OEM’s TAC to resolve the issue or give a conclusive report and mention corrective actions required to resolve the issue. Hessonite TAC services is a one stop gateway for multivendor TAC support for OEM’s like Cisco, Juniper, Avaya, AWS, F5, Fortinet, etc.
Hessonite TAC is further powered by post-sale Implementation Management Services (IMS), by availing Hessonite TAC services customers can also get Implementation support from Hessonite’s highly experienced and expert team. IMS includes creating a low level document, remote or onsite (Special cases) implementation, post implementation document, etc.
