Bronze – Hessonite TAC & Implementation Service Package Includes:
  • Available Service Durations – 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year and 3 Years.
  1. 40 hours of technical and implementation support per month, with a maximum of hours or service duration end date whichever comes first.
  2. Hessonite TAC support includes remote technical support for the technologies and OEM’s mentioned in the Hessonite company and services profile.
  3. Implementation management support includes, preparing low level design document for implementation, Remote Implementation support and post implementation design documents.
Silver – Hessonite TAC & Implementation Service Package Includes:
  • Available Service Durations – 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year and 3 Years.
  1. 80 hours of technical and implementation support per month, with a maximum of hours or service duration end date whichever comes first.
